Friendly Shipping & Delivery (New Zealand)

We use NZ Post Courier for all our deliveries across New Zealand. We choose them because they are reliable, offer great tracking, and get your goodies to you quickly!

Order Processing Time

We know you're excited! We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

If you place your order after 2 PM, we'll pack and send it the next morning.

Delivery Timeframes

Next Working Day: This is the time NZ Post aims for, and they are usually spot on!

Rural Delivery: If you're out in a beautiful rural area (RD address), please allow an extra 1–3 working days for delivery. This is just how the courier network works for our remote spots.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is scanned by the courier, we'll email you a Shipping Confirmation with your unique tracking number.

You'll be able to watch your parcel's journey and even sign up for text/email updates directly with NZ Post!

Oops! Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take huge care when packing, but sometimes things happen on the road.

If your order arrives damaged, or if your parcel seems to be taking a detour, please contact us right away at hello@oneplanetbags.co.nz
