Returns and Refunds

If your bag arrives damaged or you spot a fault within seven days of delivery, let us know right away! Send us an email with a picture of the fault, and we'll provide a replacement or a full refund. We'll cover the shipping costs for the return if the item is genuinely faulty.

We don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully! If we do agree to a return for a change of mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the bag must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
