We're thrilled you're here! By using our website and buying our awesome recycled tote bags, you're agreeing to the information below. It's all pretty standard and just helps make sure everyone is on the same page.

Our bags

We sell tote bags made from recycled plastic bottles. Because they're recycled, there might be slight variations in colour, texture, or finish from what you see online. That's part of the unique charm!

We do our best to make sure the photos and descriptions are spot on with minimal enhancement but sometimes the colours you see depend on your screen.

 Ordering and Payment

You need to pay for your order in full when you place it. We accept all the usual payment methods offered through our Shopify store

Once you've paid, you'll get an email from us confirming your order. This means we've accepted your order and are getting your bag ready to ship.

 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable).

Shipping (NZ Only)

We currently only ship our bags to addresses within New Zealand. If you live outside of New Zealand and would like to order a bag or two contact us at hello@oneplanetbags.co.nz

We use NZ Post.  We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on where you live in NZ, and once it leaves our hands, it's up to the courier. We'll give you a tracking number so you can follow its journey!

Once the bag is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for it is yours. Please make sure that the delivery address you give us at checkout is the correct one to avoid delivery issues.

 

We need your name, address, and contact details to process your order. We promise to keep your information safe and secure, and we'll only use it to manage your purchase and maybe to send you our newsletter (if you tick the box!). We won't sell your data ever.
